Photo shoot

So for Easter and for some other stuff Mary was the object of a photo shoot. My sister, Heather, and I took some really cute pictures of Mary. For Easter I got Jake a picture frame to put in his office and took pictures of Mary (and some of me and Mary) that he could put in his office. It is so exciting that he has an office to put pictures in! Anyway, here are some of the pictures.

Also, Mary has this habit of holding her hands together over her chest. It's very cute. She does it, especially, when she is upset. We think it's a way for her to calm herself down. Anyway, here is a picture of that...

Jake has been gone for almost one and half weeks now. He comes back on Saturday!!!!!!! YAY!!!!!!! I'm so excited to have my husband back. He has enjoyed being down in El Salvador and really likes speaking Spanish again. Here is a picture of the temple he is helping move in and a picture of him with the guards...nice, huh?

Mary...again

Sorry, Mary is just the most exciting thing right now. Jake is in El Salvador helping move in furniture into the new temple down there. So when he gets pictures I'll try to put them up. But for right now all I have is Mary from the past few weeks. But first a little update...We are currently living in Colorado with Jake's family - they are great! It's been really nice to stay here and have fun with them. We are looking for a rental house to move into. (There's no hurry though, Jake's family is too fun!!!) Jake is working at the GE side of Bailey's Moving and Storage. He has enjoyed his one real day on the job...ha ha ha. He is still helping with the temples and so that is what he has been doing for the last week, but he's coming home on Saturday!!! I'm hanging out at home with the family and doing the house hunting. Mary is growing fast and is becoming more responsive everyday! It's fun to talk to her and have her smile and laugh. She's so much fun!!!!! Well that's about it for us!! Have a great week!!!

Introducing Mary...

Ok, so it's been forever since I did anything with this blog. So I decided to start up again and what better way then to introduce our newest family member Mary Elizabeth. She was born March 1, 2011. She was 8 lbs and 3 oz and 20 inches tall. She was posterior and finally came after 21 hours of labor, but she was worth it!!! Here are some pictures of our cute little girl...
