So I decided to do a quick Mary update. She is doing AMAZING!!! She is healthy, happy and so much fun!!! She's also stubborn, independent and bossy - but we love her anyway! She still loves being outside and wants to stay at the park ALL DAY! She loves playing with her friends and tries hard to make friends. She know more words than I can count and is our constant parrot, copying everything we say and do. She is very helpful and loves to help us with whatever she can. She loves spicy foods and Wreck it Ralph - she is very much a little Jake.
I love this picture of Mary. I told her to smile and this is what I got. Goof!
She loves to swing!
Just enjoying the comics.
I love the looks she gives me.
Our little Easter bunny. The outfit was just barely too small :(
The tall was the best part!
I don't often do her hair, but I was proud of this one!
She got a cute little kitchen from some friends. She LOVES LOVES LOVES it!!! She's always making us soup, burritos, ice cream or chicken cordon blu. It's awesome!
We were sick last week and Jake's mom graciously offered to take Mary so we could sleep. Mary was SOOOOOOO excited she waited by the door all ready to go with her blanket and Cookie Monsters. She kept saying "Mama's house! Mama's house!" It was cute to see how happy she was. I love that she loves her family!
So we go to story time almost every week. This is the first week that she actually sat on the rug for some of it. (We've been going for about 3-4 months now.) All she wanted was friends. She kept hugging the girl to the left of Mary and I think it freaked the girl out. So I told Mary she could only hug people she knew, like me. She was so sad. She almost cried and came and sat on my lap. It was the saddest thing ever. She just wanted to be sweet and nice and give hugs. I love how Mary is just so sweet and loving! She gives really good hugs!!!!
Mommy's little helper. I was putting the garbage cans away and Mary INSISTED on putting one away by herself. So she wheeled it all the way around to the side of the house. I was really impressed. I love how she wants to help anyway she can!!!
I love my little-big girl! She is growing up to be such a sweet, loving, helpful girl! I couldn't ask for a more perfect little one!!! (I made the font pink because that is Mary's favorite color!)
